Invitation to community service expo “Sharing our Achievements”

I am writing to invite you to attend a community service expo, “Sharing our Achievements”, organised by the Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA), in partnership with the ACT Muslim Advisory Council.

The expo is part of the national initiative undertaken by FaCSIA under its “Bringing Communities Together” strategic framework to provide members of the Australian community with the opportunity to access information on services and facilities available from all levels of government and the not-for-profit and community sectors. The aim of the expo is to enhance social integration between Muslim Australians and the wider community.

The expo will be held in City Walk, in front of the Canberra Centre, on Saturday, 5 May 2007, from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
